Yes, this is/was an outreach by the St. Herman Brotherhood in California (Fr. Seraphim Rose's Monastery). They publish this e-zine for a specific segment of the "lost youth" (punks).... it was quite big all over the USA and in Canada on Universities in the nineties. I haven't followed it or heard of it as of lately...

The old site looks really punky/heavy. I think the metal heads could feel familiar with the design.
And the pics with the monks and the dead look really hardcore, i.e. impressing.

The new site looks more "politically correct"...

Loukia, they are as "uncanonical" as is the Moscow Patriarch..... of course they are canonical. They are part of ROCOR (ROCA).
